Mary Stuart, Queene of Scots Mary Stewart, better know as simply as Mary, Queen of Scots, was an interesting and controversial woman. The largest mystery of Mary Stewart is that of her role in the death of her second husband, Lord Darnley. A court appointed by Elizabeth I of England found Mary guilty of murder based on highly disputable documents referred top as the Casket Letters. In addition to a transcription of these letters, I have compiled a brief critique of them.
Hadrian and Antinous "Who and who?" you may well ask. Hadrian was one of the most well recognized of the Emperors of Rome and Antinous was his beloved. Antinous was born a relative nobody in a Grecian province. Sometime in his youth he became a member of Hadrian's household and eventually his lover. When Antinous was drowned in the Nile, Hadrian was shattered and Antinous was soon declared a god.
